I am a registered psychologist with a Ph.D. in Counselling Psychology from the University of British Columbia. My background includes over 29 years working with first responders and individuals affected by crime and trauma. I have experience responding to traumatic incidents 24/7, staff management, training, group interventions, conflict resolution, critical incident stress management, and first-hand knowledge of the benefits and challenges of working within complex organizations.
My primary focus is on trauma and resilience. The majority of my clients work in policing, fire-rescue, and emergency medical services. I also work with victim service workers, health care workers, social workers, therapists, Corrections, Crown Counsel, Coroners, and military personnel.
Based in Langley, I provide services to individuals and organizations throughout the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley, British Columbia.
